Our Vision

We are committed to helping you fill the gaps in your operating style and grow your capacity using the latest in technical assistance best practice techniques. Not sure what that means? For most small firms, capacity building is a process that improves the management or business practice of an organization. Technical assistance is simply customized coaching. Many organizations mistakenly think that capacity building refers only to improving staff positions, infrastructure or technology systems. In fact, projects which help to advance the relevance, precision and refinement of an organization’s mission, vision, strategy, goals, outcomes and organizational skills are equally important to building capacity. In today’s competitive environment, it must be done to either comply with tougher governance standards to receive funding or to land bigger clients in a small business. To build capacity, we use an in-depth checklist tool of standards of practice and offer hands-on technical assistance to coach you through improvement in each topic.

It is our responsibility and task to ensure what you want is implemented and maintained, developed with appropriate scale to your organization, accurately and on-time, and within the project budget.


Our Methodology

We will dig deeply into your processes, ask questions and review your company’s history, organization, by-laws, governance structure, control, policies, procedures, income, technical specs and more. All aspects of our findings will be discussed with your management team. We will study your requirements, evaluate your plan and give particular attention to your service delivery procedures, mission strategy, expense control, accounting methods, employee compensation and productivity, technology, client encounters, donor activity and outreach, and facility. We will assess as few or as many operational systems as you require and recommend training workshops and comprehensive strategy solutions. We can also prepare necessary assessments for funding vehicles (grants, business plans, loan documents), meet with boards, donors or venture funders and help you jump start your growth process.
